1) Services

Speak English Fast provides English-learning content and private coaching sessions. Free lessons are provided “as-is” and may be updated or removed at any time.

2) Payments

Paid coaching sessions are purchased through PayPal (and may support other funding methods such as Venmo depending on your region). Your purchase reserves one private session of the duration shown on the purchase page.

• Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges may be applied by your payment provider.

3) Scheduling

After payment, you will schedule your session using the booking page provided (for example, book-a-session.php). Available times are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Please schedule only after payment.
• If you have trouble scheduling, contact us via the Contact Me page.

4) Rescheduling, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows

Life happens — but time slots are limited. The following policies keep scheduling fair for everyone:

• Rescheduling: Please request changes as early as possible.
• Late arrival: If you arrive late, the session may still end at the original time.
• No-show: Missed sessions may be forfeited.

We may be flexible when possible, but flexibility is not guaranteed.

5) Refunds

Because time is reserved specifically for you, refunds are generally not provided once a session has been scheduled or delivered. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us and we will review the situation.

• If a refund is granted, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.
• Payment processor fees may not be recoverable.

6) Student Conduct

We aim to provide a respectful, supportive learning environment. You agree not to use the Site to harass, threaten, or abuse others, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the Site or services.

7) Educational Disclaimer

English coaching is educational and does not guarantee a particular job outcome, exam score, or immigration result. Your improvement depends on your effort, practice, and consistency.

8) Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, lessons, questions, and materials are owned by Speak English Fast or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell content without permission.

9) Privacy

We may collect basic information you provide (for example, name and email) to deliver services and respond to messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment details are handled by PayPal and are not stored on this Site.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
